Golden Ghosts
& Spirits

Scary Stories and Tasty Spirits

The glimmer of gold lured a slew of fortune seekers to the Golden Valley. Precious few struck it rich. Most skedaddled with empty pockets. Some...well, they're still here, as the good Lord would have it!

Nowadays, the specters of Golden still echo through the veins of the mines and ramble along the streets, hunting for a place to hang their spectral hats...if you've got the grit to lend an ear. Saddle up with us for a moonlit journey of spine-tingling tales as we wander the historic trails of Golden, Colorado, on the prowl for those stubborn spirits who reckon it ain't time for their final roundup just yet.

The Details

This isn't just a collection of ghost stories. Our skilled storytellers will immerse you in Golden’s shadowy history, where the righteous mingle with the rascals! The tours last about two hours, starting and ending at popular bars in the heart of Golden. Enjoy a complimentary drink at the starting point, Goosetown Station, but drinks at our midpoint and final saloon stops are on your own. We'll be sharing thrilling tales at both locations to keep your interest piqued. Non-alcoholic options are available as well.

This isn’t one of those modern TV ghost hunts (Zak Bagans, step aside). We're here to share the eerie tales of Golden’s past and introduce you to the restless spirits still lingering among us. Whether you have a ghostly encounter or not is up to you.

Be warned! This tour delves into tales of cold-blooded murder, tragic suicides, and other chilling events that might make even the bravest person shiver.

Parking

This adventure doesn’t return to its starting point, and parking at Goosetown Station is very limited. Additionally, the venue will be closed by the time we're done. We recommend finding parking in Downtown Golden or Miner’s Alley, just a short walk from the old Astor House. Our ghostly journey will conclude in Miner’s Alley, near the intersection of 12th Street and Washington Ave.
