We’re a small, independent tour company in a small, historic town. Our tours are limited in size and often in high demand, so please be respectful if you need to cancel a tour and let us know as soon as you can. We do our best to accommodate all circumstances.

Individual Tickets

24 Hour Advanced Notice - Full Refund

If you cancel your tour with at least 24 hours notice from the time of your tour, we’ll refund you 100% of your total registration.

Less Than 24 Hour Notice - 50% Refund

If you cancel your tour within 24 hours of the time of your tour, we’ll refund you 50% of your total registration.

No-Show - No Refund

Our tour guides work hard and our tours are often in high demand, so if you don’t show up for your tour we’re currently not offering refunds.

Group Reservations and Private Events

If you’d like to reserve a group of tickets, an entire tour, or book a private event in advance, we require a 50% deposit to block off the calendar. The deposit is 100% refundable up to 2 weeks before the event, and 50% refundable up to a week before the event. Cancellations within a week of the event will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

The full price of the reservation will be collected 1 week before the event or any unpaid tickets will be released to the public.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Colorado’s weather can turn on a dime, and during the summer we often get afternoon squalls that pass through rather quickly, so as long as there’s no danger in the weather, the tours will roll on! Should there be too much lightning or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent a tour from running, all participants will be offered a 100% refund.
